Justin Ryan Palmer is a North American, Independent Game Developer and Software Engineer focused on games and coding. He's the Lead Programmer/Developer for Forgotten Memories at Xodius Studios. He spends most of his free time with his wife, Tara, and two kids, Zach and Zander, playing sports (bowling, softball, kickball, soccer, basketball) or playing video games alongside them in Minecraft, Fortnite, or Diablo 4.

Justin graduated from the Biology B.S. at University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2008 with a minor in Chemistry. He maintained a full-time employee at Wal*Mart during his tenure at college, but ended up getting hired at a Class 1 Railroad in Oct. 2011 as a Train Conductor. Justin recently graduated from the Game Development B.S. at Full Sail University in 2023, in which he was a part of the the Beta and UX Testers for their games in development.

He has been around the game development scene since 2019, participating in multiple Game Jams, but has been interested in video games since he got his first Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990, and came in fourth place at the Nintendo World Championships - Kansas City at the age of 6. He is a respected coder and developer at Full Sail, and still helps the Full Sail Community/Students on their discord.
